Mary Kay Gaver
Mary Kay Gaver graduated from Loyola College in 1986 and the University of Maryland School of Law, with honors, in 1990. In law school, Ms. Gaver was a member of the Order of the Coif, the Moot Court Board, and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Public Interest Law Project.
From 1990 until 1995, Ms. Gaver was an associate at the law firm of Gallagher, Evelius & Jones. Ms. Gaver represented lenders, investors and developers in connection with commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the development of low-income housing projects.
Ms. Gaver joined Treanor Pope & Hughes in August of 1998. She represents lenders in commercial and real estate finance transactions and advises financial institutions on federal and state regulatory compliance issues and has also represented clients on a variety of contractual and land use issues.
