For more than 25 years, Doug has represented secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, landlords, asset purchasers, and creditors’ committees in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. He has tried cases in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and Maryland trial and appellate courts.

Robert A. Scott
Rob Scott is a seasoned trial lawyer whose practice focuses on consumer finance litigation, real estate disputes and class action defense. Rob has successfully tried cases to judgment in state and federal courts across Maryland and in the District of Columbia. He is also an accomplished appellate lawyer, having successfully briefed and argued numerous appeals, including several cases involving novel issues of Maryland real property law.
